How sad,choir board's not updated!SYF is over,we got a Bronze,but we're good enough,don't worry,because most of the schools slipped down by 1 award.The judging criteria was steep this year,PLUS 7 judges instead of 5.

I miss choir,don't you,all sec4s?We were after all in choir for 4 whole years,if not 3.

yep haha!so next time if i cant go online at least there's still yingg to update you!haha..there are i think 8 people going to mr ong's concert tmr..or rather today haha..and alot of people are not going for choir practice on tuesday and thursday!which is like..quite a number went for the xi'an trip lah.and sorry seniors,im going hongkong too so dun mark mi absent without a reason!lol.

anw there'll be no carolling this year.however,we might have a musical next year!joinly done by mr yeo and mr phua(if there is)..and we are going to hongkong!hurray to all of us!

to the sec4s,
please do not come for choir during ur Os yah!
though i noe u miss us alot!
but focus on ur studies..

hello! haha. hmm i think this is so cool lah. hyunn invited us to join this account so that the choir members could post more often, i guess. lol. alright i'm pretty bored lah so just came over, join the membership thing and blog! haha. anyway we'll be starting choir practices from next week onwards right? so i'll be able to see everyone by then! haha!:D i have nth else to talk about alrd! bye everyone!<3

Peircean Voices
aka
Peirce Secondary School Choir
The choir was formed in 1996
and it has grown significantly
in size and experience since they first started out.
Despite being only 9 this year,
we have attained a
Silver Award twice consecutively
in the SYF comeptitions.
From 2003,the choir
has done numerous
public performances,
from caroling at Conrad Hotel
and Bugis Junction to
performances at Sentosa's
Fountain Of Youth
and the recent Music in Motion
Concert on 5th July 2005 at
Victoria Theatre,
just to name a few.
Still growing and taking on
new and daunting challenges,
the choir is now looking
forward to another
milestone along
the exciting journey for the
Peircean Voices to go
to Hong Kong in
2006 to learn from
other schools and have fun.

Conductor:
Mr Jason Ong

A conductor,composer,
arranger and singer,
he is currently the choral
conductor of 6 schools.
Despite having little
formal training,
Jason is the main music
arranger of Key Elements which
was formed in 2001.
He has 17 years of
arranging/singing experience,
starting from his
days with In-A-Chord,
a well-known
all-male a cappella sextet.
His creative flair
and sense of humour is
apparent his arrangements for
Key Elements and the
choir songs.
